Orientation Leader The Office of New Student and Transition Programs (NSTP) supports first-years, transfer students, and their families as they transition into the IC community. Orientation Leaders (OLs) play a critical role within NSTP, working alongside professional staff members to assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of inclusive services and programs at Fall and Spring Orientation. We seek to provide a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for incoming students at Ithaca College, and highly encourage students of all backgrounds and experiences to apply. This high-impact leadership role provides OLs the opportunity to connect with new peers, develop leadership skills and campus knowledge, and share their unique IC experiences. Ongoing training and support are provided to OLs through staff meetings, fall training, and supervision. We are looking for new OLs who meet the criteria listed below.
