The Opportunity: In this role you will: - Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients - Assist in preparing client project funding documents - Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress - Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments - Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners - Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan - Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings - Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews - Support the final reconciliation of...
