Concessions Attendant Summary/Objective: Concessions Attendants provide fast-paced food and beverage service to all guests, prep and stock service counters before shows, assist with artist load/load out and green room hospitality, and reset the venue after all performances; all while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. This position plays a major role in a guest's overall theatre experience. A concession attendant must be outgoing and possess good communication skills with the ability to think and act quickly while retaining self-composure to support the needs of management, artists, vendors, and guests. Essential Functions/Skills: - Food and Drink Service: Provide excellent, friendly, and fast-paced food and drink service while adhering to all State & Federal Laws and Regulations. Ability to make popcorn, pour drinks, serve food, and sell retail items. Bartending experience a plus. - POS and Cash Handling: Basic cash register use ringing in orders, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and providing proper change.
