Job Title: QA Chemist (M-F, 2:30pm-10:30pm) Job Description: THE ROLE Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a QA Chemist (Scientist I) to join our team. Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm. The QA Chemist is responsible for conducting QA testing and will provide analytical support for manufacturing production of our Micro-contamination control and membrane products, as well as limited R&D development support. The QA chemist will prepare, load, and test samples using ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, TOC, NVR, and Karl Fischer. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Work in a clean room environment to conduct routine QA product testing of filtration and membrane products from manufacturing. - Complete routine testing independently following established priorities. - Follow and document standard operating procedures for conducting required tests. - Prepare samples for analysis and load instrumentation. - Analyze and interpret test data, maintain documentation of test operation, and ensure data quality and integrity. - Perform preventative maintenance and trouble-shoot equipment. - Work on individual projects as assigned by a supervisor. - Remove and dispose of waste chemicals in accordance with company established safet...
