CRM Manager (Hubspot) - Coworking Office Spaces London EC4A 4AD (Hybrid) - Office in the City (City Thameslink) on Mondays & Thursdays, 2 days WFH £50,000–55,000 plus 15% performance based bonus Spacemade is reshaping the world of flexible workspace. After a major Hubspot upgrade the core structure is in place. This role is focused on driving adoption, optimisation, and performance - turning it into a high-performing revenue engine. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Growth, the CRM Manager will take ownership of HubSpot as the system connecting Marketing, Sales, and Community. You will ensure that data, workflows, and reporting are accurate, scalable, and actively driving pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes. This is a system ownership role with direct commercial impact.
