What you'll be doing: At Iomart, we’re building a smarter, more commercial‑led approach to managing customer contracts – and we’re looking for a Contract Manager to help design, shape and embed it. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll sit at the centre of Sales, Legal, Finance and Delivery, ensuring commercial intent turns into operational reality. You’ll protect value, manage risk and bring clarity and control across the full contract lifecycle. As a newly created function, this role offers genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on how we work. In this role, you’ll: Design and embed Iomart’s contract management function, building robust processes and leading the implementation of a new contract management system Structure and migrate key data from our top 300 customer contracts into a central repository Support pre‑signature activity by reviewing contract operability, highlighting non‑standard terms, and ensuring documentation is clear, complete and ready for handover Success here means stopping unmanageable contracts entering the estate.
