Hourly Pay Range: $18.31 - $25.63 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Sign on bonus: None Position: Food Service Assistant Lead: Location: Arlington Heights, IL: Full Time, 40 hours: Hours: M-F, Sat & Sun 5:45am-2:15pm, 11am-7:30pm, 12:15pm-8:45pm Required Travel: None: What you will do: Reporting to the Tray-line Supervisor, directs the preparation and serving of meals; maintains Continuous Quality Improvement Standards; oversees sanitation of work areas; supervises and evaluates employees. Supervises Diet Aides and Sanitation Specialists in preparing for and serving meals. Assists in the training and evaluation of employees. Documents Continuous Quality Improvement and Quality Control Standards in the computer; ensures adherence to standards. Oversees sanitation procedures for Diet Aides and Sanitation Specialists; adheres to hospital and departmental sanitation regulations.
