Job description

Description A pizza cook prepares pizza dough, makes sauce, and bakes pizzas. They may also prepare appetizers and sides, and handle customer orders. Responsibilities: Skills and traits Multitasking skills, Ability to follow recipes and directions, Knowledge of food safety standards, Ability to provide customer service, and Accuracy and professionalism in cash handling. - Prepare dough, sauce, and toppings - Bake pizzas according to Mastodon recipes. - Prepare appetizers and sides according to Mastodon recipes. - Receive and process customer orders - Ensure quality of ingredients and toppings - Monitor food inventory - Clean cooking station - Sterilize equipment - Replace supplies each shift.
