Description Summary Job Goal: Under the supervision of the Tribal Services Program Manager, the Tribal Operations Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with Compacted Tribes and the Tribal Administrators. The Tribal Operations Specialist ensures the quality of the program and which may include, but are not limited to, case management, job development, developing and presenting training materials, and supervising Tribal Administrators. The Tribal Operations Specialist will assist in establishing systems and support the development of policies and procedures; perform duties essential to the training and technical needs of the ATG Compacted Tribes. Performance Responsibilities: including the following. Other duties as assigned.
