Position Description As an HRIS Analyst, your role will be to optimize, maintain, and support HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems to ensure accurate data management and efficient HR operations. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality, deliver meaningful reporting and analytics, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. #LI-LB1 #LI-Hybrid You will do this by: Combining HR functional knowledge with technical expertise of HR systems in order to achieve process and system efficiencies/best practices, promote data integrity and deliver accurate reporting of data to the business. Supporting production and year-end activities ,to include researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process questions. Maintaining, analyzing and supporting reports of varying complexities utilizing appropriate reporting tools; define reporting needs, identify issues with existing audits and reports; generate ad hoc queries and reports.
