Overview The Library Specialist for Access Services plays a key role in supporting equitable and timely access to library resources and services. This position leads course reserve operations and manages interlibrary loan borrowing services, working closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure access to materials that support teaching, learning, and research. As a member of the Access Services team, this position also contributes to library assessment efforts through data analysis and reporting, supports the supervision and training of student employees, and shares responsibility for service desk operations and daily building procedures. The Specialist works collaboratively across the library and contributes to the goals of the Access, Instruction, & Research Services (AIRS) department. This position works the standard business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.
