Bupa will pay for and support you to obtain Certificate 3 in Individual Support We currently have an opportunity to undertake one of our new Carer Traineeship roles at Bupa Aged Care Croydon. You will also have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after you are qualified. Bupa will support your training, including paying for your education, assessment, and qualification outcome. Upon successful completion of the Traineeship, you will be awarded a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification and potentially an ongoing job as a Carer with Bupa. The formal training component will be run in conjunction with a valued training partner and will involve a mix of remote based learning (online modules; videos etc.), face to face instruction and on the job assessment. All training will be designed and conducted to reflect the requirements of your new role as a Trainee Carer at Bupa.
