Job description

Overview Responsible for operating a multi-line phone system answering inbound phone calls. Routes callers to correct department or individual. Candidate will need to be have strong multi-task skills as they will be greeting all guests and staff as well as working online assisting donors with their questions/concerns while meeting the goals of the department. The hours for this position is 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
