We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a team of Electrical Project Managers on active construction projects. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping complex projects running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you. You’ll be a trusted support partner to our Project Managers—helping projects run efficiently, reducing administrative friction, and contributing directly to successful project delivery. What you will do: - Support project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and closeout packages - Keep electronic project files organized and up to date - Assist with change orders, billing, and purchase order tracking - Coordinate schedules, meetings, and job start documentation - Track material deliveries and key project milestones - Prepare routine project correspondence and meeting notes Preferred: About: Wachter is a family-owned company since 1930 and we see each employee as a critical piece of the Wachter Family.
