Sr. Construction Project Manager - Warehousing & Logistics Facilities

Job description

Essential Job Functions: - Manage end‑to‑end construction delivery of warehousing and logistics facilities, including distribution centers, cross‑dock terminals, fulfillment centers, and cold storage facilities - Coordinate pre‑construction activities, including constructability reviews, logistics flow assessments, and phasing plans aligned with operations - Oversee construction of dock doors, ramps, truck courts, yard layouts, slab specifications, high‑clearance structures, and racking‑ready floors - Manage integration of automation, material handling systems, conveyors, sortation, and WMS‑related infrastructure (in coordination with vendors) - Ensure facility designs support throughput, safety, inventory flow, and equipment movement - Control project budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost forecasts - Enforce safety plans, OSHA compliance, and site access controls - Coordinate with general contractors and design consultants to perform and complete all inspections, permitting, and regulatory approvals - Lead weekly construction progress meetings with contractors, design professionals and operational stakeholders - Manage punch lists, commissioning activities, and turnover to o...
