About the role: The Tech Tools Associate will support staff and group members in effectively utilizing the technology tools needed to operationalize their organizing work. Reporting to the Associate Director of Technology, this position assists with processing technology onboarding requests, managing day-to-day support operations, and helping maintain Indivisible's distributed technology stack. This role works closely with the Organizing department to ensure our tools and strategy are aligned with the Organizing Department's needs. We currently support EveryAction, MyVoters/VAN, Empower, BallotReady, Mobilize, Freshdesk, and other tools as needed. This position is a good fit for someone with an interest or background in political technology who wants to build their skills in tool support and technical operations within a mission-driven environment. This is a full-time, short-term assignment anticipated to end on or before November 30, 2026. The salary for this position is $80,500 annually, and the role is expected to require 40 hours of work per week.
