Job Description Summary The RN in Surgical Observation cares for Phase 2 and post-op patients from the PACU and OR. These patients are med-surg level of care for surgeries. Each will plan to discharge same day or within 23 hours post-op. Nurses are responsible for Phase 2 anesthesia recoveries and surgery specific care to include surgery specific discharge instructions.
