QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this role successfully, an individual should be eager to learn and able to assist with assigned tasks. - Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field - Basic understanding of engineering principles and data analysis - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team - Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a plus - Interest in manufacturing or industrial processes preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assist in developing and improving industrial processes - Help collect data, take measurements, and support analysis efforts - Support testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements - Assist with documentation, including process instructions and reports - Participate in process assessments and improvement projects - Work with team members to support production efficiency and quality - Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and production staff - Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures - Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering team
