Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Slots, this position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, as well as other assigned duties. Must be collaborative, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Key Accountabilities: - Maintains and repairs slot/video machines and associated progressive meters on gaming floor - Maintains and repairs gaming-related units such as Cage equipment (currency counters), and non-gaming such as golf simulators - Complies with pre-determined internal controls and procedures - Complies with safety and security standards - Performs machine installations, moves and conversions along with ensuring that such activities are properly documented to comply with regulatory and internal requirements - Troubleshoots electronic issues - Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations - Performs other duties as assigned or directed...
