ABOUT THE ROLE: This role will be based at either our Fenny Lock National Distribution Centre OR our Magna Park National Distribution Centre The salary range for this role is set at £36,400 - £55,800 Please note this role is for 42 hours per week. You will be working a DuPont shift schedule, a 4 week pattern of 14 x 12.5 hour shifts (a combination of day and night shifts - 05:45 - 18:15 / 17:45 - 06:15) in one rotation cycle (28 days) including 7 consecutive days off. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 18:00 - 22:00 will attract an Evening Premium at a rate of £3.25 per hour, and any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
