The Highlights: The Director of the Office of Institutional Equity and Thriving advances DePaul University’s institutional priorities related to belonging, community thriving, and inclusive excellence. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Belonging, Engagement, and Mission, the Director provides strategic leadership, vision, and coordination for university‑wide thriving initiatives. The role shapes institutional frameworks, leads multi‑year planning, builds high‑level partnerships, manages the DePaul Belonging Collective (DBC), facilitates the Human Dignity & Bias Response Team (HDBRT/BERT), and the Anti‑Discrimination Risk Response Plan. The Director ensures alignment with the mission, Designing DePaul, and university equity goals while cultivating a culture where all community members feel welcome, respected, and able to thrive. What You'll Do: - Management - Provides strategic management and oversight of the DePaul Belonging Collective (DBC) and its subcommittees.
