Senior IT Systems Analyst

Job description

The Sr. IT Systems Analyst will play a critical part in advancing Architecture strategic priorities by driving awareness and adoption of the North Star architecture and associated standards, patterns, and assurance processes across the enterprise. The individual will focus on translating the North Star architecture into clear, consumable, and actionable guidance to drive adoption across the organization. This role will lead the development of a customer-facing mechanism to publish and distribute architecture content across multiple audiences across the organization, as well as events, brown-bag sessions, and connecting with customers who need education about how to work within the architecture boundaries. Key Focus Areas: Assists with and participates in leadership, coordination and management of activities required to operate, direct or advise a Mayo department or equivalent organizational structure. Coordinates project, division and/or department budgets and provides appropriate financial reports and metrics for making department decisions.
