Job description

We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager – Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, modernization, and support of custom enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a technically credible leader who has grown from a senior software engineering background and enjoys guiding teams while remaining close to architecture and delivery decisions. The successful candidate will bring strong experience leading Java-based enterprise application development, modern front-end solutions (Angular), and data-driven systems, while helping teams modernize legacy platforms into scalable, cloud-based architectures. While familiarity with cloud and CI/CD practices is expected, this role’s primary focus is engineering leadership, application architecture, and delivery excellence. Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
