Roles and Responsibilities: - Be a Senior member of the Autonomous Launch and Recovery System research and development team acting as an individual contributor to the design, manufacturing and production of these systems. - Provide leadership and structure to the Mechanical Engineering team in Nova Scotia that includes a varied group of talented engineers and technologists. - Provide regular check-ins and oversite, including mentoring and coaching, to the junior members of the team. - Design mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD software, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
