Foresite is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our Mid-Market clients and our suite of managed services. In this role, you will lead the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize their investment in Google SecOps and Foresite’s MSSP offerings. This role is designed for a proactive advocate who excels at the intersection of client satisfaction and cybersecurity strategy, helping customers navigate the cloud threat landscape with confidence while driving long-term retention. What You'll Do: In this role, you will act as the "big picture" lead for the client relationship, ensuring service alignment and robust security outcomes. You will partner closely with Foresite’s internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable security roadmaps. You will be measured on client health metrics, renewal rates, and the expansion of Foresite’s security footprint within your assigned portfolio.
