The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing, planning and supervising the maintenance of equipment and buildings at the West Deptford production facility to minimize production downtime due to equipment malfunction/failure. Daily maintenance activities include the repair and upkeep of all equipment. The incumbent is responsible for effectively supervising the Maintenance Department’s Union personnel and contractors, while ensuring that work is being performed safely.
