Job title: Technical Claims Handler Department: Contact Centre: Location: Peterborough: Hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working once completed training Salary: Competitive: About the role: We’re looking for a Technical Claims Handler to join our Peterborough Contact Centre team at Sopp and Sopp. To manage vehicle claims from a range of customers, ensuring all our clients and customers receive a professional service and that all internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
