Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager, IC3 – Oracle Health Job Summary: The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of Oracle Health projects for the key strategic account. Leveraging 4–6 years of project management experience, this role focuses on maintaining project schedules, facilitating communication between Oracle and customer teams, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and supporting operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Oversight: · Maintain and update status reports for all active, upcoming, and completed projects in the portfolio. · Audit project assignments and ensure correct roles (primary/secondary PM) are captured and reflected in tracking systems. · Monitor progress and update project status spreadsheets daily; address changes and ensure accuracy of information.
