WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model, and the Day Center Manager plays a vital role by directing nutritional services for our participants in the WelbeHealth day center. The Day Center Manager focuses on overseeing all aspects of meal service and supervising the kitchen aide team members. Reporting to the Center Director, the Day Center Manager is a member of the WelbeHealth management team, also spearheading engagement and personal care services.
