We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst on a fixed term basis to help drive this transformation forward. The Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising and transforming HR processes enabled by Workday HCM. Partnering closely with the Business Architect and HR stakeholders, you’ll analyse, redesign and standardise processes across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll act as a critical bridge between the business and delivery teams—ensuring requirements are clear, solutions are aligned to best practice, and we maximise the value of Workday.
