Job Title: Decorator/Facilities Maintenance Manager Company: Mayfield Properties: Location: Sheffield (Working across multiple residential properties) Salary: £28,000 per annum (paid monthly) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm About the Role: Mayfield Properties are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, working across a portfolio of residential houses and flats throughout Sheffield. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in decorating, general maintenance, basic joinery, and facilities management. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out internal and external decorating works - Complete general facilities maintenance - Undertake basic joinery tasks - Support facilities management across multiple properties - Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Requirements: - Experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role - Competence in decorating, general repairs, and basic joinery - Full UK driving licence (essential) - Own vehicle required - Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively - Good problem-solving skills and atte...
