Job Summary: The Junior Hardware Sustainment Specialist supports sustaining engineering activities within the Hardware Maintenance team for electrical and electromechanical building automation products. This role assists with lifecycle tracking, troubleshooting, validation testing, documentation updates, and manufacturing support under supervision. The position develops foundational knowledge of electronic circuits, mechanical assemblies, compliance requirements, and manufacturing processes while contributing to failure investigations and component substitutions across product lines.
