Job Description: About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Nurse (Education) with a passion for clinical teaching and facilitation. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Education, Orthopaedics, Urology and Neurology, to join our Education Team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside. This is a permanent, part-time role of 72 hours (0.9 FTE) per fortnight, weekdays. Reporting to the Education Manager, the Clinical Nurse (Education) is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for promoting clinical excellence and staff development. This role supports the department’s vision of delivering evidence-based care through continuous learning and professional growth by addressing both organisational and learners' needs. You will be responsible for all aspects of education and training within the clinical environment. Your responsibilities will further include providing excellent person-centred development of staff, assessment of clinical skills, assisting with clinical education events and support other education activities within the hospital in close collaboration with other members of the clinical education team.
