A senior investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap in the firm’s Seattle office is seeking a dependable and motivated Financial Analyst with prior experience in real estate financial analysis and valuation to become a part of our team. This is a full-time, in-office position working directly under a top-producing multifamily investment sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent professional business writing abilities, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or have 2 – 3 years of experience performing complex financial modeling and analysis.
