The Lemon8 Creator Partnership Team focuses on building and scaling strong creator ecosystems across key lifestyle verticals such as fashion, beauty, wellness, and everyday inspiration. The team works closely with creators through hands-on onboarding, collaboration, and ongoing partnership management, leveraging platform insights and content trends to drive high-quality content creation. By supporting creators and fostering long-term partnerships, the team helps enhance content diversity, discovery, and overall user engagement on the platform. Responsibilities: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $159600 annually. - Manage the end to end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis. - Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8. - Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed. - Analyze content performance an...
