What will I be doing?: As the Head of Global Development Operations, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Development Officer, driving operational priorities across Hilton's Global Development organization. You will lead Development initiatives that support NUG goals and enable our teams to work more effectively with owners and across Hilton. You will define and execute our Development Marketing strategy, unlocking opportunities to optimize Development operations and performance, and leading our management contract services and owner engagement efforts.
