Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced Subcontracts Specialist to our Procurement Group in St. Louis, MO. The Subcontract Specialist is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including the development, issuance, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Work Orders (WOs). This role ensures subcontracting activities are commercially sound, contractually compliant, and aligned with project execution, cost control, and risk mitigation objectives. Reporting to the Procurement Director and working closely with the Contracts Manager, this position serves as a critical link between Procurement, Contracts, and Project Teams.
