Our Clinical Team supports individuals through Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services (CORE) programs under the Office of Mental Health. About the Role: As a Community Mental Health Provider, you will play a hands-on role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This is a highly impactful, community-based position focused on building skills, fostering independence, and helping clients navigate real-life challenges in their homes and communities.
