About the role: As a Customer Operations Associate at Cerve, you will play an essential role in keeping our customers supported and the data flowing through our platform accurate and reliable. In collaboration with Engineering, Product, and our customer-facing teams, you will help us deliver a platform that works for the people who rely on it every day. From resolving customer queries to processing and reviewing data, to spotting patterns that shape how the product evolves. What you’ll do: Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and accurately rather than just closing tickets.
