What You’ll Do…: - Manage the Nashville Market’s revenue and personnel to hit monthly revenue goals - Coach Directors of Business Development, Senior Business Developers to hit their individualized KPIs and revenue goals - Own revenue forecasting, lead management, quota attainment for all reps in the market - Develop sales talent that aligns with our performance-first, ROI-driven culture What You Bring…: - Minimum 10+ years of sales experience; preferably in B2B with experience selling to SMBs/ Mid-Market or experience in a high ticket sales role - Proven track record of scaling sales team while hitting MRR revenue targets - Expertise auditing, implementing and coaching teams on best in class sales tech stacks, ensuring tools are used correctly to accelerate the revenue cycle and rep productivity - Executive presenc...
