This is a HYBRID role. The Regional Operations Supervisor must be capable of leading a remote team from a home office while traveling monthly to engage with IKC teammates and providers across the Ohio, Kentucky, and Western Pennsylvania (west of Pittsburgh) markets. The ideal candidate will be based in the Columbus, Ohio area. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervise a team of Care Coordinators and their day-to-day operations Provide leadership, onboarding, training, coaching and development to team of direct reports Create & foster a positive, fulfilling work environment Provide your Regional team of Care Coordinators with direct support, at regular intervals, and encourage professional growth Adequately communicate job expectations & parameters to direct reports, ensuring quality patient care is always delivered Manage all teammate employment activity: hiring, promoting, job performance, disc...
