About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Sales Support Analyst to join the Alternative Distribution team. iCapital is looking to expand the internal Sales Support team to cover the six US regions within Alternatives Distribution. This role is responsible for providing top notch customer service to financial advisors in partnership with the Client Success and Regional Alternatives Distribution Sales teams. The ideal candidate will work with new and existing advisors throughout the lifecycle of the alternative investment. This role will act as the main liaison for advisors between the Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, and Operations teams in support of our pre-sale, sale, and post-sales activities. Responsibilities: - Drive new user registrations by proactively engaging financial advisors and educating them on the iCapital value proposition. - Lead campaigns designed to promote iCapital Marketplace new product launches, conferences, and other thought leadership publications. - Develop, maintain, and support strong relationships between key advisors and firms in the region to maximize their usage of iCapital platform. - Improve skills and knowledge of alternative products a...
