Job description
Our mission is to bring Dyson technology to life, to provide the imagery, films, content, experiences and service that explain our machines, their benefits and the problems they solve for our Owners. We create assets and journeys that help Owners discover, choose, purchase, learn about and solve issues they may have with our machines. The Experience Delivery Manager role is a key part of the Digital Delivery team, the Experience Delivery Manager will own and manage digital projects, through their dedicated cross-functional Squad of resource. The successful candidate will be key to the success of their Squad deliveries and be a key contact for stakeholders across the business. About the role: Requirements gathering – ensuring that all briefs are accurate, in line with all team’s requirements and are achievable. Where briefs do not meet Digital requirements, work with the Experience Delivery Lead to support with communication to the stakeholder and planning team in providing a more suitable brief.
