Assistant Clinical Manager - Brook Lane - Full Time - Nightshift 72 hrs. biweekly - 7p-7:30a Join our Brook Lane team as an Assistant Clinical Manager and help lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Our acute psychiatric hospital provides the highest level of care in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. We serve children, adolescents, and adults in age-appropriate units, offering individual rooms and 24-hour nursing support. Patients typically stay 9–11 days, receiving intensive treatment and crisis stabilization from our multi-disciplinary team. About the Role: As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership, supporting the Clinical Manager in the day-to-day operations of the unit. You will ensure high-quality patient care, support team development, and promote a positive and safe work environment.
