SUMMARY: Night Shift @ 6p - 6a, 2-2-3 schedule We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Lead to oversee daily the maintenance of equipment and machinery on the production floor. This hands-on leadership role will involve supervising and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient execution of manufacturing processes, high-quality standards, and the proper functioning of all equipment. The Manufacturing Maintenance Lead will also be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, and implementing process improvements to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe and productive environment. QUALIFICATIONS: - Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of production workers and maintenance technicians to meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to safety protocols. - Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure daily goals are met, addressing delays or issues promptly.
