Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager (support key account manager to provide dedicated administrative, operational, and client facing support to the key account team. This role ensures smooth daily account operations, maintains accurate client records, coordinates cross team communication, and helps deliver consistent, high-quality service to key clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and efficient in a fast-paced B2B environment. Objectives of this Role: - Provide end to end administrative and operational support for the Key Account Manager and key accounts. - Maintain accurate client profiles, contracts, pricing agreements, and reporting materials. - Assist in strengthening key client relationships and supporting retention, upsell, and cross sell initiatives. - Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure KPIs and client commitments are met. - Support preparation of business reviews, market intelligence, and strategic account planning materials.
