Position Profile: Graphic Communications Executive The Graphic Communications Executive is directly responsible for selling continuous feed inkjet technology, workflow solutions, and marketing solutions. This role focuses on driving sales within the graphic communications customer base. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead Ricoh’s penetration and expansion within the Graphic Communications vertical by developing a targeted customer strategy, including segmentation, awareness activities, and strong customer relationships. - Promote and evangelize new inkjet technology. - Consult with business owners and senior executives on how new technology can generate revenue and reduce costs. - Develop effective ROI analyses for proposed solutions. - Drive business development efforts within the assigned territory. - Manage, protect, and expand the territory by analyzing customer needs and developing solutions for both new and existing business communication requirements. - Deliver, install, and support strategies, products, and equipment within the assigned territory. - Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets, including continuous page growth. - Prepare and present effective briefin...
