Position Summary: The Project Manager manages the full lifecycle of property damage repair and reconstruction projects for a designated portfolio of apartment communities. This role ensures all restoration work is completed on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with environmental and safety protocols. By coordinating with onsite teams and external vendors, the Project Manager minimizes unit downtime and performs root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of property damage and water intrusion incidents.
