Description MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an apartment maintenance technician to fill immediate an opening at Timber Creek Apartments in Ballston Lake, NY. The qualified candidate will have at least two years of related experience, including assessing and making repairs from work orders, apartment turnovers, painting, cleaning, maintaining property grounds, and snow removal. Critical components of this position are the ability to work on-call and snow removal, execute high-quality work with attention to detail, and a genuine interest in serving the client, residents, and fellow employees.
