Description “Do something just because it’s rad.” – Pete, founder of Illegal Pete’s Shift Leaders assume the responsibility for managing the restaurant when the AGM or GM are out of the building. This position requires good availability, including nights & weekends! S1 - Running Great Front of House Shifts Responsibilities: MORE MONEY – $29.50- $31.50 per hour including tips! We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $20.87 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $74,000 per year! The More the Merrier and we mean it……. - Follow Illegal Pete's preparations guide and ensure the food quality is at its highest possible level. - Abide by all company policy. - Come to work with a good attitude. - Be willing to help out with any aspect of the store that is needed during your shift. - Provide that food and beverage quality is at its highest level by knowing all preparation standards for all food and drinks. - Be prompt and ready to work when you are scheduled. - Communicate with Shift Supervisors, AGM or GM about improving the store o...
